END-USER LICENSE AGREEMENT — ROCHESTER PATIO PROS INTERNAL TOOLS

This agreement covers the internal software tools used by Rochester Patio Pros, including tools

that connect to our own QuickBooks Online company file, business email, and scheduling records.

1. WHO THIS COVERS

These tools are for the internal use of Rochester Patio Pros, its owners and authorized staff.

They are not licensed, sold, or distributed to the public, and no third party is granted any

right to use them.

2. LICENCE

Rochester Patio Pros owns and operates these tools for its own business purposes. Staff use them

only in the course of their work and only for company records.

3. RESTRICTIONS

You may not redistribute, sublicense, or sell these tools; use them to access records you are not

authorized to see; or use them for any purpose other than operating Rochester Patio Pros.

4. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

These tools connect to services we subscribe to, including Intuit QuickBooks Online and Google

Workspace. Use of those services is governed by their own terms. These tools are not endorsed by,

affiliated with, or sponsored by Intuit Inc.

5. DATA AND ACCURACY

Records shown by these tools come from the accounting and communication systems we use. Estimates

and figures are working documents, confirmed by the owner before they are sent to a customer. A

figure in a draft is not a binding quote.

6. NO WARRANTY

These tools are provided as internal business software, without warranty of any kind. Rochester

Patio Pros does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by law, Rochester Patio Pros accepts no liability for indirect or

consequential loss arising from the use of these tools, beyond the records themselves being

correctable from the underlying accounting system.

8. TERMINATION

Access may be withdrawn at any time from any user who is no longer authorized to act for

Rochester Patio Pros.

9. GOVERNING LAW

This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States.
